But Did She Do It Though? Sarah Hartsfield: Possible Double Murderess

  Look at this hot mess. Sarah J Hartsfield, a Texas woman who had been investigated over the death of an ex-husband in 2018 by Minnesota authorities is facing a murder charge in connection with her current husband's "suspicious death”. However, she has never been charged in that case. The sheriff's office said that Joseph Hartsfield died of foul play following a 911 call made by Sarah on January 7 regarding a medical emergency. Medics rushed to the couple’s home in a gated community in Beach City, Texas, and began administering aid before transporting him to the hospital.  the sheriff's office received a call from the hospital later that same day, about Joe's suspicious illness. Authorities arrived at the hospital and launched an investigation. "The story that the wife gave the hospital, the deputies, the detectives do not match up to the forensic evidence," Chambers County Sheriff Brian Hawthorne told local media. First Open Transexual Murdered by the State: Amber McLaughlin

 The first execution of 2023, was also the first execution of an openly transgender person in the U.S. Amber McLaughlin 49, was pronounced dead shortly before 7pm at the Diagnostic and Correctional Centre in the town of Bonne Terre, Missouri. McLaughlin died by lethal injection. McLaughlin was the first transgender person of either sex to be executed in the country, and also the first person to die by capital punishment this year in America. She was convicted of murdering a former girlfriend in 2003 before she transitioned. She'd stalked the victim to the point where a restraining order was sought. On the day of the killing, McLaughlin waited for Beverly Guenther as she left work. Then raped and stabbed her to death with a kitchen knife and then dumped the body near the Mississippi river. In 2006 a jury found McLaughlin guilty of murder but was deadlocked on what her punishment. The trial judge stepped in and imposed the death penalty. Such intervention is allowed in states such as

Catfished into Murder

  Denali Brehmer Do you watch Sister Wives? Remember when Meri got catfished by some dude that turned out to be a lady?  Anyway, Denali Brehmer, 22, pleaded guilty Wednesday to first-degree murder in the June 2019 death of Cynthia Hoffman, a murder she says she was catfished into doing. A man she met online said he would pay her $9 million if she sent him photos and videos of her committing murder. So, she chose her bestie, Cynthia. Cynthia Hoffman Hoffman, 19, died from a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Her body was dumped in the Eklutna River, about 27 miles northeast of Anchorage.  Brehmer knew the man as "Tyler" and had begun a relationship with him, but authorities said he created a fake persona as a millionaire from Kansas. His real name is Darin Schilmiller from Indiana.
