Eileen Huber and Cohorts

I'm very pleased to say Eileen Huber is on her way to making one of her dreams a reality. I was lucky enough to make the acquaintance of Silver Phoenix Comics Publisher Charles D. Moisant when I was a guest at the Dark History Convention last September. He decided we should work together and I wholeheartedly agreed and immediately thought of Eileen.

Eileen was involved in the 1991 mall killings in California. Afraid of the violent man she was with and abused herself, she went along on a robbing and killing spree with her older boyfriend. She was basically a child when she committed her crimes and has grown up in prison. She works daily to make amends for her wrongs and change the world just a tiny bit in whatever way she can. She has long dreamed of helping teen girls in group homes and reformatories. She hopes to deter them from living the life she did.

After a few conferences with Charles we finally got the ball rolling and Eileen is busily planning out her script and storyboard as we speak.

I'm really proud I could help make this happen for her and I know that its really going to make a difference for some young girl who sees Eileen's story.

Once we have the story planned and written we will need sponsors to get them published and distributed to juvenile facilities across the country. How exciting!

I was contacted by a penpal of Darlie Routier's who gave me some of the most recent advances in her case to share with you all. I began writing to Darlie in December of 2005 and she is one woman whom I will never understand how she got behind bars. Really. You know what else? With all the information ALREADY out there about this case, in addition to the newly discovered info, I think if you can't see this poor woman's innocence, you may just be an asshole. The Most Beautiful Girls to Ever Kill Their Own Mother

As human beings, we have trouble fathoming the idea of a young girl committing so atrocious a crime as murder. Much less, the murder of her own mother. The concept becomes even more inconceivable when it pertains to a beautiful young woman beautiful young woman with a loving family and the world at her fingertips. These girls aren't all women in prison now. Some have been released and disappeared into the mainstream. Scary, huh? Nakisha Waddell At age 14, Nakisha Waddell stabbed her mother, Vaughne Thomas, 43 times in their Virginia home. In court, she said she was tired of the years of fighting and just exploded. Her 15-year-old friend, Annie Belcher, helped her dig a grave in the backyard. The pair poured alcohol and nail polish remover on the dead woman and tried to ignite her to no avail. Heather Birden Connecticut

Holly Aeschlimann Holly Aeschlimann, 19 was murdered in Connecticut in April of 2015. This case is amazingly close to that of Rachel Wade. Holly and her killer, Heather Birden, 20, had a longstanding dislike for each other. Heather had stabbed another girl, a juvenile, once before in 2014. She was held in Niantic Correctional Facility for next three months before the murder as a result of a violation of her probation, and was then released to an in-patient substance abuse rehabilitation facility. Reports state that Birden asked her boyfriend for his knife and then left his house to find Holly stating "I have to end this tonight." Witnesses say Heather arrived and the two began to fight, ending in Holly being stabbed in the head and neck at a crosswalk outside an apartment complex in Torrington, CT. Her friends rushed her to the hospital where she died. Heather was hiding under a vehicle a short distance away and feigned confusion when police found her. She spen...
