Kerry Lyn Dalton- California Death Row

Kerry Lyn Dalton, her daughter and sister, Victoria.
I pulled this photo from the Kerry Lyn Dalton blog ran by her sister. I just found it today and from what I can gather from the spotty posts Kerry was wrongfully convicted on little to no physical evidence and only some shaky testimony from a meth head doped up during the interview.
I do look forward to hearing more about her case. The blog is located Here.

  2. Yeah, before saying that it seems she was "wrongfully convicted," be responsible enough in your reporting to base your opinion on more than a advocacy blog site run by the inmate's sister!!!! Come on!

  3. If she killed someone with a hammer. The electric chair would be too nice.

  7. please people, look at the evidence, oh wait, there is none...it was based on hearsay evidence. the more I learn about this case the more it sickens me. recently there have been over 550 pages of testimony that DA Jeff Dusek "failed" to have as part of the trial, the San Diego police department had more than 30 prostitute informants killed the same year, I think until any of you making comments have both read the book or even know 1/10 of what i do about this case, please save yourselves the embarrassment of your mindless rhetoric on her guilt. in this country it is innocent until proven guilty, not fucked up the ass because we need a scapegoat

    2. Hey Luka, I totally understand what you are trying to communicate to all of us. But, I am so sorry to tell you this, she did commit this killing. I actually would not believe any police report or the like, I believe in her actions and while I was in prison Chowchilla, Ca. with her, I KNOW SHE DID IT. I am sorry to tell you this, because I totally believed her story until I was in the exact same prison with her and heard the real.

  9. I have heard the double speak from the sister. No body (mmm wonder why) confessed while on meth (meth makes you murder but not lie about it) and all these little loopholes. But no mention of any level of research to find the victim Irene. If they really and truly believe she is alive or lived after the murder, then prove that. THAT is all they have to do to get the case re-opened. Don't write your crappy books or do talk shows unless you do an active search to...what ever happened to Irene. I suggest the reason they don't search is because they know she doesn't exist.

  10. You DON'T need to prove you didn't commit a crime in this country according to the constitution. Innocent until proven guilty. That said even the judge in this case had serious doubts. And of course nobody in this country gets wrongly convicted. Judy ask my brother in law Dennis Fritz. Almost two decades in Oklahoma pen on the word of a jailhouse snitch. You are the type of person who should NEVER be allowed on a jury. Just think of the over 200 people exonerated by innocence project alone. Read the trial transcript. Also look at all the problems with this prosecutors past cases. And last but certainly not least, get a life

  11. The others plead guilty. I wonder if that could be why they received lighter sentences. I believe they were all together and murdered Irene Melanie May. Drugs can really mess people up. 29 years locked up is a long time. Life in prison I think is enough. To keep someone hanging on with a death sentence over their head before finally executing them seems quite cruel. I just watched "Women On Death Row" on Hulu. After that I did go out and search the case. I heard Kerry Lynn speak saying she really didn't want to go into general population. She feels safe and comfortable to be by herself. I hope they allow her to be.

Darlie Routier Texas

I was contacted by a penpal of Darlie Routier's who gave me some of the most recent advances in her case to share with you all. I began writing to Darlie in December of 2005 and she is one woman whom I will never understand how she got behind bars. Really. You know what else? With all the information ALREADY out there about this case, in addition to the newly discovered info, I think if you can't see this poor woman's innocence, you may just be an asshole. So many legal flubs, so much question and police innuendo that turned out to be nothing. So many fingers pointed and road blocks thrown up, I am surprised this case isn't used in other countries to point to the clusterfuck we call a justice system.  I believe Darlie could have been released ages ago if the state had done the necessary DNA testing. Sadly, Texas has tried to stop it in every unconstitutional way they could pull out of a bull's ass. BUT- there is hope on the horizon. This from Camp Darlie

The Most Beautiful Girls to Ever Kill Their Own Mother

As human beings, we have trouble fathoming the idea of a young girl committing so atrocious a crime as murder. Much less, the murder of her own mother. The concept becomes even more inconceivable when it pertains to a beautiful young woman beautiful young woman with a loving family and the world at her fingertips. These girls aren't all women in prison now. Some have been released and disappeared into the mainstream. Scary, huh?  Nakisha Waddell     At age 14, Nakisha Waddell stabbed her mother, Vaughne Thomas, 43 times in their Virginia home. In court, she said she was tired of the years of fighting and just exploded. Her 15-year-old friend, Annie Belcher, helped her dig a grave in the backyard. The pair poured alcohol and nail polish remover on the dead woman and tried to ignite her to no avail.  They eventually mixed a crude concrete mixture and poured it on top of her and finished by covering her with sticks, leaves, and yard debris. She gives no reason or excuse o

Brenda Andrew Execution date

Brenda Andrew is the only woman on Oklahoma death row. She is there for the murder of her husband by her and her boyfriend James Pavatt.      Brenda does not answer letters. It seems she may still have a bit of that pretentious attitude left over from her days as a respected deacons wife. Those days are over, hun.      There is no scheduled execution date for Brenda yet. Oklahoma lists its dates of execution for the prison she is in here .      Every time I read about this case I am utterly amazed at how stupid these two people were. She may as well have advertised their guilt on a billboard in front of the house. Both Andrew's and Pavatt's appeal were systematically denied without comment in 2008. The little Scorned episode "The Sunday School Killers" at the top of this post is about Brenda and James and its only $1.99 so its worth the money.
